Shipping

We use UPS ground service on all website orders. If you need expedited service please call us at 888-323-8456.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Minnesota will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on special orders or items over 14 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer's warranty ONLY.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed or shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order.
